Northern Railway Sports Association History Northern Railway Sports Association (NRSA) was formed in the year 1952 to organize, develop and promote sports over Northern Railway. Its first office bearers were Sh. Karnail Singh, Patron (General Manager), Sh. A.K. Mullick, President (CME), Sh. G.P.Bhalla, Vice President (DyCME/G), Sh. Balwant Singh, Hony. Secy. (APO) and Sh. Prithvi Raj Abrol, Asstt. Secy.
