“Swachhata Hi Seva” campaign being organized over Delhi Division.
“Swachhata Hi Seva” Campaign is being organized on the Indian Railways this year from 17thSeptember to 1stOctober 2024on the theme of ‘SwabhavSwachhata-SanskarSwachhata”.
The Medical Department of Northern Railway, Delhi Division, organized a mega drive today under the Swachhta Hi Seva Campaign-24. Youth connect was carried out to create awareness about cleanliness & Toilet cleaning drive was carried out at various locations including Divisional Hospital Delhi and Tughlakabad, Lajpat Nagar, Ghaziabad, Basant Lane, Delhi Kishan Ganj, Meerut City, Shakurbasti, Delhi Sarai Rohilla, Punjabi Bagh, Jind and S.P. Marg Railway colonies & Railway Health Units. Approximately 241 staff members along with their families participated.
A Youth Connect program was also organised by DLT Complex staff at New Delhi. The staff actively contacted the passengers at New Delhi Railway station and in Train no. 12013 to create awareness for a cleaner and greener environment.
