"Swachhata Pakhwada” campaign being organised on Railways
from 1st October to 15th October 2024.
“Swachhata Pakhwada” Campaign is being organized from 1st October to 15th October to commemorate Mahatma Gandhi's birthday on 2nd October, to make his dream come true and to fulfill his commitment to cleanliness.
Intensive inspections/Cleaning of trains at washing lines by team of Officers/Supervisor was done. Train inspection included checking of toilets, inside and outside cleaning, quality of linen with special attention on Pantry Car cleaning. The contractual Supervisor/Staff doing good work were awarded for complaint free service throughout the year. Suggestions/feedback was obtained from passengers and immediate action was initiated to rectified.
