A.Duty List of Officers:
ØSr. DEE/Coaching (Present incumbent Sh. Awadhesh Kumar):
Overall, In-charge and coordinating officer for maintenance of all Rolling stock from Electrical side over Delhi Division.
ØDEE/Coaching (Present incumbent Sh. N.S. Parihar):
·All operational activities of Electric Control and maintenance activities of Power cars of New Delhi Depot. Liaison with operating branch, punctuality issues of the entire division AT Division Level.
·Material planning & store management of Power Cars. Technical suitability of store cases pertains to him. Chasing of store case at HQ and stock items at SSB/Depot for timely procurement and will review the actual quantity for all the items.
·Initiating all establishment related matters including manpower planning/balancing.
·Consolidating various types of proposals/estimates related to stores works/other matters coming from depots under GM/DRM Power.
·Looking after the branch budget grants etc.
·Deal with all the inspection notes, POM & GM conference,Vig. & D&AR cases and all replies pertaining to RB & HQ office.
·Monitoring of Court cases, Compliance of Drives, HQ/RB inspections, VC/Meeting, Rail Madad, RTI, Twitter, Web-Portal, CPGRAM, Complaints Compliance etc. from depots.
·Other assigned work by Sr.DEE/Chg.
Ø The duties of ADEE/ Coaching are similar as describe below.
a.ADEE/Coaching/HNZM (Present incumbent Sh. K. L. Khan):Coaching Depot CHG/HNZM, CHG/ANVT & GZB
b.ADEE/Coaching/NDLS (Present incumbent ShRachit Aggarwal): Coaching depots of EOG, DLT, ACC, TL ofNDLS.
c.ADEE/Coaching/DLI (Present incumbent Sh. Prem Chand): Coaching depots of DLI, DEE, MTC, SSB, JIND, ROK, JHL, PNP, KKDE
·All Electrical maintenance & operational activities day/night Trains/coaches of primary/secondary Rajdhani, Shatabdi and other express trains in respect of AC side, TL Side, Power Car, LSLRD of respective depots coming their jurisdiction. Ensuring the maintenance and operation of AC salon under their jurisdiction.
·Day and night inspections as per their schedules.
·Material, Works planning & Failure analysis of their depots.
·Monitoring & timely disposal of Rail Madad, Twitter, Web-Portal, CPGRAM, Complaints, etc.
·Ensuring DVS Failure Analysis of Coaches, Power Cars and LSLRD.
·Co-ordination between Station Director, Mechanical, Commercial RPF department etc.
·Ensuring all Primary, Secondary maintenance schedule done in CMM portal. Ensuring timely reply of correspondence i.e. Drives, Foreign Railway Matters, Fire & Safety issues, D&AR, PCDO, MSG Data, Theft cases, etc.
·Action plan for training of staff, critical stock and non-stock items.
·Monitoring of coaches coming after POH and timey submission of the report to HQ and liaison with respective Workshop.
·He will perform as PL3 in respect of Salary Bills of C Tour Staff and he will also perform as DA/AA/RA as per D&AR Rules & SOP on disciplinary matters pertaining to the depots earmarked under his area/jurisdiction.
·Other assigned work by Sr.DEE/Chg.
ØDuties of Key Supervisor (Depot In-charges)
·Dialogue with Rake in charges/Shed In charges regarding attention of Major failures/defects of coaches on daily basis.
·Action regarding attention on DVS coaches more than 72 hours & report to Division office.
·Procedure for attention of under warranty cases, Disposal time of attention from firm, if not attending action taken.
·Frequency of Checking of Maintenance diary filled by Rake in charges.
·Procedure for immediate attention of Passenger complaints/Rail Madad complaint to decrease the average disposal time
·Program of surprise checks on depot level. Cross checks of rakes by Sr. Supervisors. Night Inspections.
·Training Program for staff/Supervisors. Grading of Staff A, B, C on skill basis.
·Appreciation of Staff/SSE, JE on good work done.
·Monitoring of critical store items as well as short supply items.
·Compliance/Disposal of drives/Guidelines/Instructions issued by the HQ office/Division office.
·Weekly Meeting/VC with depot supervisors for exchange of knowledge/Sharing of major failure analysis.
·Communication protocol for information seeking/ dissemination to last mile for various activities.
·Procedure for monitoring of out sourcing work. What action to be taken, if contractor is not doing work as per contract, imposing of penalty clause.
·Staff grievances and their remedial action on depot level and as well as correspondence with Divisional office.
·Responsibility of Establishment work including timely salary/ payment to staff.,
