ORGANISATION

The Engineering set up at Moradabad is headed by Senior Divisional Engineer (Co-ordination), who is assisted by four Sr. Divisional Engineers, One Divisional Engineer in-charge of sectionand one Divisional Engineer (T). There are 10 sub-divisions namely Haridwar, Najibabad, Roorkee, Hardoi - I, Hardoi - II, Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Chandausi, Moradabad & Hapur. These sub-divisions are headed by ADENs.

ACHIEVEMENTS (During Recent past)

Works done to improve Asset Reliability and mobility

·1 PSR have been removed ( BE Yard).

·Increasing of CSL by 12.5 mtr at BRYC line no. 1 by shifting  glued joint .

·Separate isolator for good sheds  line no 1, 2,3 at RAC  provided

·

·01 nos IBH (KMBH) between Kakori-Malihabad commissioned.

·IBS between AIG-KH & CBJ-BE commissioned.

·Simaltenous reception and desptach facility in Moradabad yard completed.

·Electronic Interlocking at Katghar, Dalpatpur, Bithaura, Parsakhera, Dhamora, Mundhapande, Milak,  Duganpur, Aithal, Ikkar, Pathri, Dilawar Nagar, Dhaneta, Kakori, Clutterbuckganj, Dalel Nagar & Rahimabad  completed.

·02 nos IBS have been commissioned at Mundhapande-Rampur Nad Milak – Nagaria Sadat.

·      Additional loop lines have been provided at Kaurha, Tisua, Puraini, Dilawar        Nagar & Dalel Nagar.

·258 CTR and 98.5 eq no’s of turnout renewal have been done.

·Total 371.91 TKM TRR and 144.19 KM TSR has been done in this financial year up to date.

·Total 400 Nos Level Crossing have been overhauled.

·Total 9735.29 Km rails have been tested by USFD teams..

·On RWL-RKSH a new station named Yog Nagari Rishikesh has been commissioned. 

·Doubling of Laksar-HW Section

·Doubling between Bartara-Jangbahadur Ganj on Roza – Sitapur section.

·Route Electrification of LRJ(EXCL)- HW commissioned.

·Route Electrification of BE(INCL)-CH(INCL) commissioned.

·Route Electrification of VRH-YNRK commissioned.




Safety  works :

·18  Nos Level Crossings closed on following account:-

·18 Nos LHS provided on Manned LC .

·4 Nos ROB completed.(PY)

·Rebuilding of Br. 18 in LRJ-DDN section.(PY)

·Work of Replacement of Girder Br. No.1145 in MB Yard Completed.(PY)

·Jacketing of Br. No. 948 UP in MB-LKO Completed.(PY)

·Replacement of Bed Block of Br 44 in MB-GZB section completed.(PY)

·Regirdering of Br. 1255 Dn in MB-SRE section.



Passenger Amenities

Sustained efforts have been made over the previous years for effecting a marked improvement in passenger amenities works:

·Escalator at MB and BE provided (under testing)

·VIP lounge at MB station constructed

·       08 no. Escalators (DDN 02, HW 06) and 06 no. Lifts (DDN 02, HW 02 and MB 02) have been installed over MB Division.

·Divyang-jan toilet provided on all PFs of A1, A & B category stations.

·Minimum essential amenities at all stations of the division provided.

·Boring of new tubewell at KXK completed.

·Work of construction of 2nd class waiting hall at Bareilly & Rampur Completed.

·Washable apron provided at Barielly.

·3 Nos Uncommisioned tubewell commissioned.(Two at Moradabad & one at Najibabad.

·6 Nos Foot Over bridge work in connectionwith Kumbh Mela workl completed at Aithal, Pathari, Jwalapur, Haridwar, Motichur & Rishikesh completed.

·Facad of Haridwar station improved.

·Height of PF increased at Roorkee & Pathari.

·Circulating area improved at Laksar, Jwalapur, Haridwar, Rishikesh & Roorkee.

·PF shelter provided at Rishikesh, Aithal, Raiwala, Pathari, Ikkar & Motichur.

·PF surface improved at Laksar, Rishikesh, Aithal, Raiwala, Pathari, Ikkar & Motichur




·Other Special works

 

ØNational monumental flags provided at 8 Railway stations (HW, DDN, BE, HRI, SPN, MB, RMU, HPU, BJO)

ØStore module in TMS implemented.

ØOMS recording on ‘E’ route started by division.
