1.1Panel of 88 candidates received from RRC/RRB. 80 Candidate joining has been done and 8 Candidate not turn up. Replacement panel is being sent to HQ.
1.2A booklet on establishment rules/SBF rules released and given to all newly recruited staff.
1.3All the staff of Personnel dept. are using E- office. Files are being processed through E-Office only.
1.4E-PASS started, 22355 E-PASS issued from Jan to May 2022.
1.5E-PF module- has been started over MB division 995 PF processed from Jan to May 2022.
1.6Earlier record room of Bill section was scattered. Renovation has been done for better record keeping.
2.1Identity card & medical Cards have been issued to all employees in house.
2.2CG Appointment: Compassionate appointment given to 58wards/spouse from Jan to May 2022.
2.3Total 2143staff granted promotion and total 707staff granted MACP in the last year.371 staff promoted and 82 staff granted MACP between Jan to May 2022.
2.4Court Cases: Court cases have been reduced. In the current year 46 decision of courts received in which 44cases have been decided in favour of railway.
2.5Settlement Dues: Settlement dues in NR cases are cleared on the day of retirement to the employees. In the current year 397 NR cases finalized &125 ONR cases out of 130have been finalized. There are 32 cases of ONR &126 cases of NR occurred from Jan-22 to May-22 out of which 11 cases of ONR &126 cases of NR retirement have been finalized.
2.6Employee census activity completed & identity card issued to staff (99%) with validity of 5 years.
2.7 Current year 87candidate AEMG finalized. Screening has been done for 26 staff in June, 2021result declared &01 Staff newly added in Nov.21.
2.8HRMS Helpdesk – A dedicated whatsaap group has been started for speedy disposal of HRMS related grievances.
2.9RRB Examination- CBT2nd stage exam is being conducted by Personnel Department .
2.10HRMS camp organized at BE,SPN,HRI,DDN,RK, HW,NBD,DPR & CH stations for HRMS related grievances.
2.11There are 209+1007 CPGRAM cases received in 2020-21 out of which 1143 cases finalized. 16+228 cases received from Jan to May out of which 244 cases finalized. No case pending more than 30 days.
2.12Total 1155 RTI cases received in 2020-21 and all are finalized 478 cases received fromJan-22 to May-22in which reply given in 452 cases.
Personnel Department deals in establishment matters of 16326 employees over the Division i.e. recruitment, payroll, promotion, transfers, retirement & settlement dues.
3.1 UMID medical card registered 15657 out of which 15401cards generated (98.36%).
3.2HRMS E-SR – 99.00 % E-SR completed, a dedicated team is on working
for balance employees.
3.3HRMS Employee Master :- 99.29% data of employees have been feeded .
3.4For the year 2020-21, Total 13823 Nos. APARs are completed. Mapping for 12331 staff has been done and 66 are completed for 2021-22
3.5Employee Charter: Employee Charter has been implemented and given wide publicity. The SWS has been linked with employee Charter to ensure effective and efficient disposal of grievances.
4.1Ayurvedic Medical center for Employees is functional.
4.2Homeopathic medical center also functional in Divisional Hospital under SBF.
4.3 A subordinate rest house at Moradabad is being managed by Personnel Branch efficiently& use as quarantine centre for COVID-19
4.4A well equipped Holiday Home is being run under SBF at Haridwar.
4.5A Training programe on HRMS held in Jan 2022 to short out the quires of all establishment clerk of Division.
4.6National Girl Child day was celebrated on 24 Jan in which quiz and other activities were organized.
4.7International women’s day was celebrated to encrouge the female staff.
