Major Achievements of Operating Deptt Ambala Division during

22-23 Up to Feb-23

 1)Piecemeal loading of 3620 wagons including 3583 wagons of Cement, 36 wagons of paper and 01 wagon of Machine parts have been loaded from Aug-22 to till date.

First time in Ambala Division, one wagon was loaded with Machine Parts from Doraha station on 21-11-22.

First time in Ambala Division, one rake of 32 wagons is loaded with Machinery and Trucks from Chandigarh to Kollam station on 17-01-2023.

2)Container loading during Jan-23 is 201.839 wagons average per day, which is highest Ever. Previous highest ever was 184.484 during Dec-22.

3)Container loading is 355 wagons on 25-5-22, which is single day Best Ever. Previous Best ever was 345 wagons on 30-04-22.

4)Tractor loading during Aug-22 is 32.170 wagons avg per day, which is Best Ever. Previous Best Ever was 30.194 wagons average per day during July-22.

5)Total Interchange during June-22 is 9878.433 wagons average per day, which is best ever. Previous Best Ever was 9627.032 wagons average per day during May-22.

6) Total 174 long haul loads (KJGY=92, KNZ=24 BTI=21, UMB=25, LHM=10, PTA=01, RTP =01) are formed, which is highest ever.Previous Best ever was 100 Long hauls (KJGY=54, BTI=4, UMB=7, KNZ=21, RTP=5, SBJ=4 and LHM-5) during June-22.

Total 11 long hauls loads formed on 23-01-2023, which is highest-ever in a single day. Previous highest ever was 08 long hauls loads formed on 19-01-2023.

7)Electronic Interlocking with dual VDU at PJK (Panjkosi) station on BTI-SGNR section of Ambala Division commissioned on 29-04-22.

8)All automatic signals between SBJ-SDY are converted from three aspects to four aspect automatic signals on 21-04-2022.

9)Electronic Interlocking with dual VDU at GVG (Mandi Govindgarh) station on UMB-LDH section of Ambala Division commissioned on 24-05-2022 in new station building.

10)CWC Siding of NBA (Nabha) was electrified on 13-04-2022.

11)FCI Siding at PTA (Patiala) was electrified on 14-05-2022.

12)Electronic interlocking (E.I.) with dual VDU was commissioned on 08-06-2022 at Hindumalkote (HMK) station of Ambala Division.

13)Line number 01 & 02 of Dhuri (DUI) are electrified on 25-06-2022.

14)Electronic interlocking (E.I.) with dual VDU was commissioned on 28-01-2023 at Nabha (NBA) and Chhintanwala (CTW) stations of Ambala Division.

15) Doubling between NBA-CTW-KLSX is commissioned on 28-01-2023 after CRS inspection.

16) Provision of E.I at BTIC with doubling work between BTI-BTIC. Commissioned on 08-08-2022.

17)Provision of new panel interlocking along with signaling movement for temporary connection from KNN yard to DFCCIL line for Goods facility at New KNN yard on 14-08-2022.

18)VBCG Cement plant Lehra Muhabat started loading of cement by rail, first rake was loaded during Sept-22.

19)One new train 22447/22448 (Vande Bharat express) was introduced between Amb Andaura (AADR)- New Delhi (NDLS) w.e.f. 21-10-22.

20)The sectional speed has been raised from 100 KMPH to 110 KMPH w.e.f. 05-12-2022 on Dhuri-Jakhal-Hisar section over Ambala Division.

21)The sectional speed has been raised from 100 KMPH to 110 KMPH w.e.f. 20-01-2023 on NMDA-SNL section over Ambala Division.

22)The sectional speed was raised from 100 KMPH to 110 KMPH w.e.f. 01.10.2022 on SIR-NLDM section over Ambala Division.

23) The sectional speed has been raised from 100 KMPH to 110 KMPH w.e.f. 10-02-2023 on CDG-NMDA section over Ambala Division.

24)During July-22, the division has formed 13 AMBA (BCN CC) rake at UMB, which is Highest Ever, having validity up to 30+5 days/6000 Kms whichever is earlier.

25)In the month of Feb-23, the division has formed 41 Special Premium (ARP) rakes (UMB=22, KJGY=19), which is Highest ever, with validity 20+5 days at UMB & KJGY.Major Achievements.
