ACHIEVEMENTS:-

1.1

Provision of UFSBI: - To improve reliability of 1 No’s Block working UFSBI (SSBPAC) between LLKN-KMNN, with this 13 No’s UFSBI has been provided so far this year.

1.2

Centralised Electronic Interlocking (Medha Make) Std IIIR with Dual VDU at Roop Nagar (RPAR) station (Route 84 No’s.) has been commissioned on date 06.02.2024. by replacing mechanical interlocking with provision of 21(3 TWS & 18 IRS) No’s. new Points Machines, 27 No’s. New Signals, 41 Nos. Track Circuit, 3 No’s UFSBI Single Line with Dual Detection (1 HASSDAC CEL make) MNPR side, (1 HASSDAC CEL make) BARJ side, & 1 UFSBI Single Line with Dual Detection (1 HASSDAC CEL make) at RTP Side , Datalogger 512/32 (Efftronics make), 1 Nos. IPS (HBL make), AFDAD Agni make, ELB (Global make) at 1 Nos MLB LC No-46 replaced with ELB in RPAR yard SIR-DLPC section of Ambala Division

Alteration in Centralized Electronic Interlocking MEDHA STD II Dual VDU at Chandigarh Station (CDG) with total Route 171 No’s (New 9 No’s Route) in connection with Dn main line converted to Common loop line by providing 1 new main signal up starter S-31 andSH 181 and alteration in existing home signal, provision of dual VDU, Sectional route release facility provided in EI at Chandigarh,2 nos. Obsolete BPAC with UAC CEL make replaced with UFSBI and HASSDAC between CDG-SASN and CDG-CNDM .Now entire section between UMB-CDG-KLK and CDG-DLPC is without old obsolete CEL make BPAC, 2 nos. SGE block instruments replaced with UFSBI along with SSDACs between CDG-GHG and GHG-DPHR section

Alteration in Centralized Electronic Interlocking MEDHA STD II Dual VDU at GHAGGAR (GHG) Station in c/w Dual VDU , UFSBI has been provided inCDG- GHG & GHG-DHPR -UFSBI with dual SSDAC in lieu of SGE block instrumentsand 2 nos SSDAC provided in parallel to DCTC in berthing line no 5 & 6 at GHGyard.LC gate No. 117-C has been removed from the logic circuits and VDU of GHG station.

Distributed Electronic Interlocking (Siemens Make) Std III with Dual VDU at Dhablan (DBN) station with 1 Relay hut (Route 73 nos.) has been commissioned on date 28/01/2024 by replacing mechanical interlocking with provision of 24 Nos. new Points Machines, 17 Nos. New Signals, 41 Nos. Track Circuit, UFSBI with Dual Detection (2 HASSDAC CEL make) NBA side, Double line SGE Block Instrument (2 HASSDAC CEL make) PTA side, Datalogger 1536/64(central), 512/32(RH1), 2 Nos. IPS (Statcon make), AFDAS Ravel make, ELB (Global make) at LC 31, 32 in RPJ-BTI section of Ambala Division.

Alteration done in Distributed Electronic Interlocking (Siemens Make) Std III with Dual VDU at Nabha (NBA) station with 2 Relay huts (Route 117 nos.) on date 28/01/2024 in connection with connectivity of Double line between NBA-DBN. In doubling work old block working with NTI replaced with UFSBI with HASSDAC.

Alteration done in Centralised Electronic Interlocking (Siemens Make) Std III with Dual VDU at Daun kalan (DOC) station (Route 38 nos.) on date 28/01/2024 in connection with connectivity of Double line between DOC-PTA. In doubling work old block working with NTI replaced with Double lone SGE block instrument Using HASSDAC.

Alteration done in Electro mechanical Interlocking at Patiala (PTA) station. on date 28/01/2024 in connection with connectivity of Double line between DOC-PTA-DBN. In doubling work old block working with NTI replaced with double line SGE block instrument Using HASSDAC DOC side and DBN side. 4 Nos. new TWS points installed in connection with doubling connectivity.

1.10

Mechanical interlocking at ANADPUR SAHIB (ANSB) station replaced with Centralised Electronic Interlocking (Siemens Westrace Mk-II) Std II with Dual VDU (Route 39 nos.)has been commissioned on date 20.10.2023 with provision of 9 Nos. new Points Machines, 14 Nos. New Signals, 27 Nos. Track Circuit, S/L UFSBI deltron make with 2 HASSDAC CEL make KART & NLDM side, Datalogger 1080/32 (Efftronics make), 1 Nos. IPS (Statcon make), Over Ambala Division. with this 6 no mechanical stations has been replaced with electronic interlocking so far over Ambala division

Centralised Electronic Interlocking (Medha Make) Std IIIR with Dual VDU at Noganwan (NGWN) station (Route 25 nos.) has been commissioned on date 25/06/2023 by replacing mechanical interlocking with provision of 4 Nos. new Points Machines, 12 Nos. New Signals, 20 Nos. Track Circuit, UFSBI with Dual Detection (1 HASSDAC CEL make) NMDA side, (1 HASSDAC CEL make) BSPN side, Datalogger 512/32 (Efftronics make), 1 Nos. IPS (Amara raja make), AFDAD Agni make, ELB (Global make) at LC 15(BSPN-NGWN),16,17 (NGWN yard) SIR-DLPC section of Ambala Division

2 Nos. NTI has been replaced with double line SGE block instrument between DOC-PTA-DBN and 1 no NTI replaced with UFSBI between DBN-NBA.

3 No’s IPS Provided at LC-70(BSS-SAG), LC19,23(PTA-DBN) to strengthen mid-section power supply arrangement, with this total nos IPS has been provided in mid-section so far

Live streaming of consecration ceremony of Ram Mandir has been done on Video Walls at KLK & SML stations and on Plasma TV at CDG, BTI, SRE, DUI & Sirhind stations successfully.

Video of Armed Forces Veterans Day has been Uploaded and displayed on Video Walls at KLK & SML stations

To arrest fire cases 1 Nos. AFDAS has been provided at DBN station. With this total 34Nos. AFDAS has been provided so far this year.

To arrest failures due to water logging 26 Nos. IP-67 Point motors have been provided at YJUD.

14 NO. CGDB installed at PF no.1 and 11 no CGDB pole has been erected at PF no.1 by PF cutting 120 mtrs and 01 NO. SLDB has been installed at PF no.1 in c/w ABSS work

Networking of 11 nos RTU provided with GSM modem at LC-28B (AHH-KUP), LC-29B (AHH-KUP), LC-38C(MET-KUP), LC-39C(MET-KUP), LC-A9B(GILL-QRP), LC-22B(UKN-JPS), LC-102(GRN-JHL), LC-97C(LHA-GRN), LC-59C(BSS-SAG), LC-115, LC-99C(GRN-LHA),

Connectivity has been provided between SBJ (IR) to SBJN(DFCCIL) during the month. Alteration in Electronic Interlocking of SBJ station has been done in connection with surrendering of Line no 7 of SBJ yard to DFCC.

1.21

Datalogger connectivity on newly laid 6 Quad cable has been provided between RPJ-SBJ section from OLD RH to new relay room at RPJ station to RH-6, RH6 to RH7, RH7 to SBJ station for 4aspect signaling work in RPJ-SBJ automatic signaling section.

In c/w replacement of old wiring in Control Office UMB-LDH-RBR-HSR STM along with UMB- LDH CNL MUX, UMB-SIR CNL MUX, UMB-NLDM MUX 2, UMB OFC ROOM- UMB STN, UMB-NLDM MUX 3, UMB-BTI MUX 2 (PUNCOM Make) , UMB-LDH MUX 2, UMB-JHL, UMB-HSR MUX 1, UMB-BTI MUX 1 CNL (WEBFIL make), UMB-BTI MUX 3 has been shifted in newly provided 42 U Racks along with associated wiring by laying 50 pair cable between OFC Equipment room in Control Office to new Test room board and further new wiring from Test Room to Control boards. Also new battery set of 300 AH has been provided of make CFM-300 and all wiring pertaining to these STM & MUX channels &E1’s has been changed to new cable of 50 pair laid between OFC room UMB to test room UMB and new test room board has been made operated along with new wiring from test room to Main line board to SIR-DLPC Board. Also new wiring has been laid from Test Room to Control Boards, New Dy.CHC/Chg. Room in c/w renovation of Control office and shifting of Controller’s Rooms.
