A. IPAS (Integrated Payroll and Accounting System)
1. This portal is rolled out in July'16 in MB division.
2. EDP Centre/MB is the administrator of this portal in division.
3. CRIS is the developer of this portal.
4. This portal has two section, Payroll section comprises Salary, Pension, PF, NPS, ITax, GST etc. while Accounting section comprises Capital, Revenue, Suspense, Earnings, Savings, Contractual payments etc.
5. At present division is maintaining salary of 17824 employees upto June'25.
6. 100 % payment of salary & Contractual Bills through Banks.
7. Provide data to various branches as and when required.
8. Printing of Salary related bills, Bonus, Form 16 and is the responsibility of EDP Centre/MB.
9. Porting of data from CMS(ALK,KMA etc.) to IPAS is processed by EDP Centre/MB
10. The loan data of Northern railway co-operative bank/MB is uploaded through IT Centre/MB.
11. Regular updates regarding IPAS are circulated to IPAS users(Salary Bill staff).
12. Training and troubleshooting regarding IPAS issues is done telephonically, remotely and through whatsapp.
B. e-OFFICE (electronic-Office)
1. known as electronic office.
2. Divisional IT(EDP) Centre/MB is administrator in MB division.
3. Platform created by NIC(Nation Information Centre).
4. Implemented in MB division in Year Feb'2020.
5. Used for sending/receiving daks/letters/files electronically.
6. It reduces dependency on physical file.Time and date stamping occurs the moment user sends any file/dak. Also, movement of file can be checked, which helps in tracing the present status of file.
7. 1350 no. of users are enrolled in division upto June'25.
8. 3261 files created during past 1 year (July'24 to June'25).
9. 25973 e-receipts(DAK/Letters) created during past 1 year (July'24 to June'25), while 117747 e-receipts under movement in the tenure.
10. Training and troubleshooting regarding e-Office issues is done telephonically, remotely and through WhatsApp.
C. HRMS (Human resource management System)
1. Divisional IT(EDP) Centre maintains HRMS portal for Accounts & EDP branch.
2. training and troubleshooting to Accounts branch is done by Divl. IT Centre.
3. Personnel branch is the administrator in division.
4. At present 100% Leaves are sanctioned through HRMS.
C. UDM (User Depot Module)
1. DITC maintains UDM of its own only.
2. At present 100 transactions(issue/receive) of material is performed through UDM only.
3. All ledgers are uploaded in UDM and verified by Stock Verifier for year 2024-25.
D. Karmyogi Portal (a GOI initiative)
1. DITC maintains the record of Accounts & EDP branch.
2. Portal has courses in the form of Lectures, PPTs, Tutorials etc. included with objective Q&A for self analysis of course.
3. After completing a particular course employee gets completion certificate.
4. At present till June'25 all 103 employees of Accounts branch have completed at least one course on portal.
5. 313 various courses are completed by all employees till June'25.
6. Prarambh module is completed by all new 19 employees.
E. Annual Maintenance of IT Equipments(PCs/Printers/UPSs) .
1. IT(EDP) Centre/MB is administrator of maintaining IT equipments in DRM
Office/MB.
2. Currently 408 PCs, 270 Printers, 227 Offline UPSs and 02 Online UPS are maintained through Comprehensive AMC.
3. The contract period is of 02 years(Jun'25 to Jun'27)
F. Technical Concurrence of IT equipments(PC/Printer)
1. DITC concurs technical aspects of IT equipments(PCs, Printers).
2. The concurrence is provided as per guidelines framed in Railway Board letters and Schedule of Procedure(SOP).
G. GeM( Government e-Marketplace)
1. All procurements/tenders are done through GeM only.
