Duty list of Officers & Key Supervisor

 

1. DEE/Coaching (present incumbent Sh. N.S Parihar):

 

i.All operational activities of Electric Control.

ii.Material planning & store management of Power Cars at NDLS.

iii.He shall look after all train operation, liaison with operating branch, punctuality issues of the entire division.

iv.Responsibility of initiating all establishment related matters including manpower planning/balancing.

v.Consolidating various types of proposals/estimate related to stores works/other matters coming from depots under GM/DRM Power.

vi.Looking after the branch budget grants etc.

vii.Deal with all the inspection notes, POM & GM conference and all replies pertaining to RB & HQ office.

viii.He will monitor timely submission and payment of OT claims of the staff under him and measure to reduce the same without hampering normal working. He will also deal with OT payment of other depots at DRM office.

ix.He will lookafter the progress of Vig. & D&AR cases over his area.

x.He will chase store case at HQ and stock items at SSB/Depot for timely procurement and will review the actual quantity for all the items over his area. TS & RR of case in his area will also be dealt by him.

xi.Monitoring of implementation of various SMI and Code of prevention of fire in AC & TL Coaches.

xii.Monitoring of Court cases, Compliance of Drives, HQ/RB inspections, VC/Meeting, Rail Madad, Twitter, Web-Portal, CPGRAM, Complaints Compliance etc from depots RTI.

xiii.Other assigned work by Sr.DEE/Chg.

 

2. ADEE/Coaching/HNZM (present incumbent Sh. K. L. Khan):

 

i.All Electrical maintenance & operational activities day/night primary/secondary trains of coaching depots of HNZM, ANVT & GZB station.

ii.Material, Works planning & Failure analysis of their depots.

iii.Monitoring & timely disposal of Rail Madad, Twitter, Web-Portal, CPGRAM, Complaints, etc.

iv.Manpower planning of their depots.

v.Ensuring DVS Failure Analysis of Coaches, Power Cars and LSLRD.

vi.Making of Action-Plan of Punctuality cases.

vii.Co-ordination between Station Director, Mechanical, Commercial RPF department etc.

viii.Ensuring all Primary, Secondary maintenance schedule done in CMM portal.

ix.Assets Register will be maintained in the depots and detail of defective assents and healthy assets should be written in register. Detail of defective assets should be written in PCDO.

x.Action plan for training of staff.

xi.Reliability action plan on quarterly basis in respect of feeder faults in under frame, Power and AC panel, batteries (all EOG/SG AC & TL coaches), failure of ZS coupler and ratchet assembly, 500kVA alternator, failure of induction motors and failure of compressor.

xii.Visit to workshop once in 03 months for seeing activities/works being done in coaches under POH.

xiii.Position of critical stock and non-stock items.

xiv.Monitoring of coaches coming after POH and timey submission of the report to HQ.

xv.Monitoring of various schedules to under taken in coaches/power car/LSLRD.

xvi.Ensuring maintain updated record of work-load of their depots which includes the strength of all type of Coaches under PM, SM and Passing maintenance.

xvii.Ensuring timely reply of correspondence i.e. Drives, Foreign Railway Matters, Fire & Safety issues, D&AR, PCDO, MSG Data, Theft cases, etc.  

xviii.He will perform as PL3 in respect of Salary Bills of C Tour Staff and he will also perform as DA/AA/RA as per D&AR Rules & SOP on disciplinary matters pertaining to the depots earmarked under his area/jurisdiction.

xix.He will monitor and ensure the compliance of actions/orders in all establishment related matters at officer level pertaining to the depots earmarked under his area/jurisdiction.

xx.Ensuring Maintenance of LSLRD and their Failure Analysis.

xxi.Other assigned work by Sr.DEE/Chg.

ii.Material, Works planning & Failure analysis of their depots.

iii.Monitoring & timely disposal of Rail Madad, Twitter, Web-Portal, CPGRAM, Complaints, etc.

iv.Manpower planning of their depots.

v.Ensuring DVS Failure Analysis of Coaches, Power Cars and LSLRD.

iv.Manpower planning of their depots.

v.Ensuring DVS Failure Analysis of Coaches and Power Cars.

5. ALL OFFICERS:

i.All officers will carry out the inspection day and night as per schedule given time to time.

ii.All officers will take positive action for the welfare of staff, cleanliness of their installation, infrastructure improvement.

iii.Quarterly review of progress of the works under their control and mission items will be held by Sr. DEE/Chg/DLI with all officers as per agenda given time to time.

iv.Any abnormality / failure will be conveyed to the under signed immediately.

v.All officer will suggest and get implemented innovative solutions for better reliability, energy conservation and reduction of equipment failures.

vi.Attention to incidence of fire in SLR/Coaches.

vii.Proposal of works program.

viii.List of non-moving items, performance of stock/Non-stock items to be submitted on monthly basis.

ix.Proposals for various machines to be installed at respective shed for smooth operation.

x.The item not delegated to shall be with Sr. DEE/Chg unless specified otherwise.

They will be responsible for any other work assigned by Sr. DEE/Chg form time to time.


Duties of Key Supervisor (Depot In-charges)

1.Dialogue with Rake in charges/Shed In charges regarding attention of Major failures/defects of coaches on daily basis.

2.Action regarding attention on DVS coaches more than 72 hours & report to Division office.

3.Procedure for attention of under warranty cases, Disposal time of attention from firm, if not attending action taken.

4.Frequency of Checking of Maintenance diary filled by Rake in charges.

5.Procedure for immediate attention of Passenger complaints/Rail madad complaint to decrease the average disposal time

6.Program of surprise checks on depot level. Cross checks of rakes by Sr. Supervisors. Night Inspections.

7.Training Program for staff/Supervisors. Grading of Staff A, B, C on skill basis.

8.Appreciation of Staff/SSE, JE on good work done.

9.Monitoring of critical store items as well as short supply items.

10.Compliance/Disposal of drives/Guidelines/Instructions issued by the HQ office/Division office.

11.Weekly Meeting/VC with depot supervisors for exchange of knowledge/Sharing of major failure analysis.

12.Communication protocol for information seeking/desimination to last mile for various activities.

13.Procedure for monitoring of out sourcing work. What action to be taken, if contractor is not doing work as per contract, imposing of penalty clause.

14.Staff grievances and their remedial action on depot level and as well as correspondence with Divisional office.

15.Responsibility of Establishment work including timely salary/ payment to staff.,
