Vision & Mission

Traction Distribution department is responsible for maintenance & operation of Overhead equipments. Power supply installations, Substation Installations & remote control to supply necessary uninterrupted electric power to Electric Locomotives/EMUS.

Mission of Traction Distribution department is 100% electrification of all section/lines and sidings etc. to make Delhi division diesel free and also to make New Delhi- Palwal & New Delhi-Ghaziabad sections fit for running of trains on 160 kmph speed.
