Opening of new crossing station
A new Crossing station named “LAKHAN” was commissioned and station opened for operation requirements between Pilkhuwa-Dasna on Moradabad–Ghaziabad section. This will feed ATLP & JPLS sidings also.
Consent to Operate
The Division received Consent to Operate order from Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board for two Goods sheds (Roza and Hardoi), during the month.
Mobility improvement works:
a) Electronic Interlocking (EI)
Electronic Interlocking (EI) commissioned at Lakhan (LAKN) new crossing station between Pilkhuwa-Dasana on 22.04.21 on Moradabad-Ghaziabad section during the month in place of mechanically operated DK siding. This is one more step towards enhancing safety.
b) Removal of Permanent Speed Restriction
A PSR of 50 KMPH removed on Moradabad-Ghaziabad section by completing the work of new crossing station.
