Achievements
·Panel of 170 candidates received from RRC/RRB. 146 Candidate joining has been done and 24 Candidate not turn up. Replacement panel is being sent to HQ.
·A booklet on establishment rules/SBF rules released and given to all newly recruited staff.
·All the staff of Personnel dept. are using E- office. Files are being processed through E-Office only.
·E-PASS started, 76508 E-PASS issued from Jan to Nov 2022.
·E-PF module- has been fully implemented, 2115 PF cases finalized from Jan to Nov 2022.
·Identity card & medical Cards have been issued to all employees in house.
·CG Appointment: Compassionate appointment given to 97 wards/spouse from Jan to Nov 2022.
·1136 staff promoted and 192 staff granted MACP benefit from Jan to Nov 2022.
·Court Cases: Court cases have been reduced. In the current year 40 decision of courts received in which 34 Cases have been decided in favour of railway.
·Settlement Dues: Settlement dues in NR cases are cleared on the day of retirement of employees. In the current year total 235 NR cases due have been finalized out of 235 & 51 ONR cases out of 76 have been finalized. '
·In Current year AEMG 42 Candidates done out of 51 nos. medically decatgorised staff..
·HRMS Helpdesk – A dedicated whatsapp group is working for speedy disposal of HRMS related grievances.
·RRB Examination- CBT 2nd stage exam conducted successfully at 10 Centers by Personnel Department .
·HRMS camp organized at BE, SPN, HRI, DDN, RK, HW, NBD, DPR & CH stations for HRMS related grievances and a Training program on HRMS held in April 2022 to short out the queries of all establishment clerks of Division.
· 1385 CPGRAM cases received from Jan to Nov.-22 out of which 1363 cases finalized. No case pending more than 30 days.
·Total 976 RTI cases received from Jan to Nov -22 and all 958 cases are finalized.
·National Girl Child day was celebrated on 24 Jan-22 in which quiz and other activities were organized.
·International women’s day was celebrated on 08 March-22 to encrouge the female staff
·Baba Saheb Bheem Rao Ambedkar Jayanti celebrated in newly renovated Manoranjan Sadan at Moradabad on 14-April-2022.World Environment Day was celebrated on 5th June. World Yoga Diwas celebrated over the Division on 21th June.
·Workshop on Vigilance awareness was organized on 13.07.2022 in which SDGM/NR, other vigilance officers & Divisional Officers participated .
·AKAM celebrated on the division from 18-07-2022 to 23-07-2022 in which special programs including Nukkad Natak organized at Kakori & Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil & Bareilly Stations and families of Freedom Fighters felicitated.
· Inter divisional Nukkad Natak programme held on date 30.09.22 and organized by Moradabad Division.
·Vigilance awareness week was observed from 31.10.22 to 06.11.22.· Observance of Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas held on 15.11.2022 to celebrate the birth anniversary of Dharti Aba Bhgwan Birsa Munda.
·Observance of Communal Harmony Campaign Week from 19.11.2022 to 25.11.2022
·Constitution Day was Celebrated on 26 th November-22 at Manan Sabhagar In Which Nos.145 of Employee/Officer taken pledge.
·Employee Charter: Employee Charter is being followed it has been publicity.
