DUTY LIST OF OFFICERS AND KEY SUPERVISORS
In supersession of extant instruction, revised duty list (of items pertaining to Divisional office) is prescribed as under:-
(1)Sr.DEN/I/FZR
(i)Computerisation of engineering department & Digitization of all records.
(ii)CA-III & Parliament reference.
(iii)Passengers amenities and matters pertaining to CE/P&D,CE/SD,IRPSM
(iv)Works Policy, Works programme(other than P.WAY)
(2)Sr.DEN/II/FZR
(i)All union matters and reply & matters pertaining to CE/HQ, CE/G.
(ii)All inspection notes compliance (Railway, HQ, DRM& Sr. DEN/C).
(iii)Monitoring Audit cases of all Sr. DENs/DENS.
(i)Divisional Training school JUC.
(3)Sr.DEN/III/FZR
(i)Track Policy, Works Programme (Track,PH-31) & TMS monitoring.
(ii)Track machines deployment, Policy matter regarding imprest of track machines, and resting facilities for track machine staff.
(iii)Reply of matters pertaining to CTE,CE/TMS,CE/Track machine, CE/TM.
(iv)All aspects of small track machines.
(v)E-das, e-office etc. Computer related initiative and Hunar cell
(4)Sr.DEN/IV/FZR
(i) Bridge policy & estimates & matters pertaining of CBE,BMS data and bridge matters.
(ii) ROB/RUB: Plans & estimates, liaison with NHAI/concerned agencies & RORAC monitoringand matters pertaining to CE/RC.
(iii) Drawing Branch ,FZR for all functioning.
(iv)ACRs of contractors (Monitoring).
(5)Sr.DEN/HQ/FZR
(i)RTI monitoring, CPGRAM & Twitter account of Sr. DEN/C.
(ii)Level crossing policy and estimates.
(iii)Engineering control, FZR for all functioning.
(iv)Engineering control , FZR for all functioning.
(v)Traffic facility works.
(vi)Water supply.
(6)DEN/Land/FZR (Now designation DEN/Track as per HQ letter no. 940E/14 part 68/2020/EIA dated 18/08/2020.
(i)Land matters including court cases of land matters.
(ii)Matters pertaining to CE/MRTS, and Sr. DEN/Co./FZR
(iii)USFD Planning, Monitoring etc.
(iv)Ballast planning and policy.(As per HQ letter no. 523-W/78/part-I/DLI dated 09.09.2020), only for this part, ADEN/II/PTK will report to DEN/Track.
(v)Track Depot DIW, P.way material planning, store indents of WW.
(vi)Engineering P way Planning cell, FZR for all functioning
(vii)Divisional level contractual works of Track machines, reconditioning of points and crossings, reconditioning of Tamping tools etc.
NOTE:- The above duty list is not exhaustive, addition duties/items may be added in the exigencies.
LOOKING AFTER ARRANGEMENTS:
Following shall be the looking after arrangements (in case of leave/training out station duty) for DENs/Sr.DENs and vice versa:
1.Sr. DEN-IISr. DEN/IV
2.Sr. DEN-ISr. DEN/HQ
3.Sr. DEN-IIISr. DEN/Track
ACRs of the staff shall be reported upon/initiated by the concerned officer to whom the branch is allotted, reviewed by concerned Sr.DEN/DENs with whom the staff is directly attached countersigned by Sr.DEN/C and accepted by ADRM/FZR (as the case may be).
