•Quotation cases above 5 lacs to be routed through respective DFM.
•Vetting of Indents/NS requisitions above 10 lacs to be routed through DFM.
•Vetting of RSP & M&P proposals above 50 lacs through respective ADFM.
•All proposals to be routed through respective DFM/ADFM.
3All imprests and proposals for creation of new posts/work charged posts to be routed through the DFM.
2.Divl. Finance Manager (Shri Ravi Datt)
1.Expenditure Section & All related GST works.
2.Administration Section.
3.Stock Verification Section.
4.Exchequer (Post Audit, Acquittance Certificate and Cheques and Bills reconciliation).
5.Cheque signing (level 2) for the whole month.
6.Any other work as instructed by SrDFM.
7.Finance Establishment and Finance Expenditure cases as below:
•Senior Scale Tender Committee Member of all departments (as per Schedule of Power).
•Member of Condemnation committees of all department as per sop for senior scale.
•Vetting of Estimates for Revenue to be put up to SrDFM/UMB.
•Vetting of Indents/NS requisitions upto 10 lacs and all Purchase orders.
•Vetting of Variations in contracts and all Revised estimates
•Quotations upto 05 lacs of all departments.
•Vetting of all Agreements including LOAs
3.Asst. Divl. Finance Manager I (Shri Bahar Ali Chagatta/IRAS)
1.Establishment and Establishment (Gazetted) Section.
2.Pension Section
3.New Pension Scheme.·
4.Efficiency, Inspection and Bills Recoverable Section.
5.Books and Budget Section
6.EDP and all IT related matters
7.Cheque signing whole month.
8.Any other work as instructed by SrDFM.
9.Finance:
•Junior Scale Tender Committee Member of departments: All departments Other than Commercial, TRD and Electrical (G) (as per Schedule of Power).
•Finance member of Condemnation committees of all departments as per sop for junior scale.
•Vetting of RSP & M&P proposals upto 50 lacs.
•Vetting of Estimates upto 50 lacs for Capital.
4.Asst. Divl. Finance Manager II (Shri Anil Kumar Gupta)
1.Provident Fund Section.
2.Pension Revision
3.Work related to RCT/Chandigarh and RRB/ Chandigarh.
4.Cash Office
5.Finance:
•Junior Scale Tender Committee Member of departments: Electrical/G, Electrical/TRD and commercial (as per Schedule of Power).
Note:
•In the absence of Sr. DFM, DFM will co-ordinate.
•In the absence of DFM, ADFM I will look after the work.
•In the absence of ADFM I, ADFM II will look after the work and vice versa for all works.
