ACHIEVEMENTS:-

1.1

85 No’s 200AH LMLA batteries of IPS set replaced at MOT-2, DHPR-55, DKT-7, LLU-7, DHPR-7, NWOC-7, for system reliability With this total 335 nos. secondary cell for IPS replaced so far.

2.0

To improve the safety, speed and reliability of point, 7 Nos. points replaced with Thick Web Switch (TWS) at SRE-1(PT NO-197A), UBC-1(PT No-50A), CHA-1 (PT No-60B), SIR-1 (PT No-136A), GVG-1(PT No-142A), BTI-2(PT NO-287A, 205A), with this 30 Nos. point provided with Thick Web Switch 220mm point machines and modified ground connection this year over Ambala Division.

2.1

To improve the reliability of point, 12 Nos. averaged/defective point machine replaced at UBC-50A, KNN - 2(PT No- 59A 55A), PKY-2(PT No-76B, PT No-78A) YJUD-1(PT No-108), BTI-4(PT NO-239, 287A, 294B, 205A), UMB-1(PT NO-100A), DBN-1(PT NO-80B), with this 26 Nos. overage defective point machine replaced this year over Ambala Division.

2.2

To improve the reliability of Signaling system 200 nos. Main cables tested at SIR-75, SIR-BSPN-35, BSPN-52, LC 147-10, BTI-20, KLSX-8, with this 1373 No’s Main cable tested in this year.

2.3

To improve the reliability of signaling system 186 nos. Tail cables tested at SIR-65, BSPN - 45, SIR-BSPN-34, LC 147-20, PKY-4, BTI-15, KLSX-3, with this 1132 No’s Tail cable tested in this year.

2.4

To improve the reliability of power supply, 42 Nos. Overage secondary cells replaced at UBC-15, RPJ-15, SRE-12(LC NO-84AC), Auto Section UBC-SMU-RH-15-13, MOT-4, PJK-4, with this total 275 nos. overage secondary cells have been replaced so far this year.

2.5

To improve reliability of signal LED’s, 24 Nos. Signal LED’s have been replaced SIR-2, JUDW-1, MRND-1, SIR-2, BSPN-1, CHMG-1, SIR-1, RPJ-1, RPAR-2, KMNN-1, MRND-1, RPAR-3, LLKN-1, KNN-2, YJUD-1, RPJ-3, with this 255 nos. Signal LED’s replaced this year over Ambala Division.

2.6

To improve the reliability of axle counters, 16 no’s Tx and Rx coils replaced in Auto Section-Auto Section -11 (509-1,-306-1, -511-1, 502-2, 305-1, 509-2, 504-2, 506-1), CHA-1, KARR-2, GHG-2, with this 64 nos. Tx and Rx coils replaced so far this year.

To improve reliability of track circuits, 21 Nos. Glued Joint in various engineering works have been replaced at SRE-1(TC No-07BT), DUI-2(TC No-01BT), SAG-2(TC No-03ATR & TC No-43BTR), BXC-2(TC No-2T & TC No-A160AT), DOKY-2, UMB-DOKY IBS-2, UBC-2, KNN-4,BTI 1(TC NO-237BT), UMB-1(TC No-296BT), DBN-2(TC NO-02CT),with this 91 Nos. Glued Joint has been replaced this year so far.

3.0

To improve the reliability of track circuits’ 875 Nos. rusty bond wires replaced, SRE-30, KJGY-25, KWT-10, GILL-4, DUI-4, BXC-8, DNX-2, RPHR-32, KES-36, UBC-48, DOA-42, CHA- 58, KNN-55, SIR-50, GVG-30, BSPN - 35, PKY-25, SSW-30, KNZ-30, YJUD-100, JUDW-35, DZP-25, BTIC-6, UMB-218, DKT-21, DHPR-28, SBJ-2, NBA-2, DOC-10, RPAR-10, SASN-6,with this 5298 nos. rusty bond wire replaced so far this year.

To improve the reliability of track circuits 277 no’s cable jumpers replaced at SRE-15, KWT-20, KJGY-10, HNC-2, UBC-5, SMU-5, KES-10, DOKY-5, RAA-10, DOA-20, CHA-7, SIR-20, BSPN - 10, PKY-16, DZP-5, SSW-22, MFB-20, KNZ-2, JUDW-4, YJUD-16, PUL-6, LHM-4, BTIC-4, HYA-4, UMB-8, DKT-1, DHPR-1, PTA-2, NBA-4, RPJ-8, DBN-2, KLI-6, SBJ-16, NMDA-2, JNCV-2, CDG-4, KARR-2, LLKN-4, SMRL-5, SASN-6, GHG-2, with this 1870 nos. cable jumpersreplaced so far this year.

3.2

To improve the reliability of track circuits 196 no’s double cable jumpers replaced DOA-110, KNN-40, CHA-12, SIR-25, BSPN 50, UMB-14, SBJ-10, LLKN-10, with these 1229 nos. cable jumpers replaced so far this year.

3.3

To improve the reliability of Fire Detection and Alarm System 05 no’s Fire Detection and Alarm System replaced RAA-1, KES-1, DOKY-1, UBC-1, SMU-1, with these 08 nos. Fire Detection and Alarm System replaced so far this year.

3.4

To improve the reliability of track circuits, over aged TR 32 no’s has been replaced at UBC-32, with this 78 nos. TR replaced so far this year.

3.5

To improve the reliability of track circuits, broken track lead junction box 7no’s FRP type track lead junction box has been replaced at NBA-1, RPJ-4, SBJ-2, with this 61nos. FRP type track lead junction box has been replaced so far this year.

3.6

To improve reliability and safety of ELB 13 nos. boom replaced in ELB atGILL-1(LC-A3B Section-C),AHH-1(LC-29CSection-B),BSS-3(LC-57C Section-A,B & C), KNN-2 (LC No-159), RPAR-2(LC NO-43C, 50A), NLDM-2(LC NO-90B), ANSB-2(LC NO-86C), with this 55 nos. boom has been replaced so far this year

3.7

To improve reliability and safety, 335 mtr rusty wire rope BSPN-170, SIR-50, BNN-20 (LC NO-92B), ABS-40(LC NO-51A, A48), TSL-25(LC NO-2C), SMRL-50(LC -17C), replaced with this 1078 Mtr. rusty wire rope replaced this year so far over Ambala Division.

3.8

To improve reliability and safety, 0.55 Kms. Rail Replacement work done with coordination of S&T staff at Auto Section-0.2, KNN-0.02, GVG-0.150, DHPR-0.07, UMB-0.14, with this 3.366 Kms. Rail Replacement work done this year so far over Ambala Division.
