Delhi Division, Northern Railway which handles approximately 79% of Northern Railway’s parcel traffic, has been proactively upgrading its parcel infrastructure to enhance security, efficiency and regulatory compliance across the network.

As part of this initiative, four key parcel locations—New Delhi, Delhi Junction, Hazrat Nizamuddin and Anand Vihar Terminal have already been equipped with advanced X-ray parcel scanning systems. This aids in Detection of Hazardous and Prohibited Items..
