| General Manager, Northern Railway begins the Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign at New Delhi Railway Station today | |
Marking the beginning of the Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign 2026, Shri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, General Manager, Northern Railway, administered the cleanliness pledge at New Delhi Railway Station. Sh. Pushpesh Raman Tripathi, Divisional Railway Manager Delhi and Senior Officers of Northern Railway were also present.
General Manager and Officers participated in Shramdaan at New Delhi Railway Station, Ajmeri Gate side. A Nukkad Natak was also organised to spread the message of cleanliness among the passengers at the station.
If passengers are inculcated with the values of cleanliness, the goal of a clean India can be achieved more effectively. The Swachhata Hi Seva program is an important initiative towards making them aware of cleanliness and becoming responsible citizens. The Railway Administration has appealed to passengers to actively participate in this campaign and contribute to building a clean and healthy India.
