ØEmployee grievances are being resolved in coordination with the Moradabad Division's Employee Facilitation Center. To date, there have been zero complaints. ØE-Pass module of HRMs has been implemented. 2. Cleanliness ØAll primary/terminal-based special trains are being intensively attended to for watering and cleaning of the exterior and interior of toilets during maintenance to achieve the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness. 100 % watering and cleaning of the special trains' routes is carried out as per protocol. ØPest and rodent treatments are regularly carried out at Dehradun and Bareilly depots . 3. Steps taken to improve customer interface ØComplaints regarding water and sanitation were received from the C&A Control , Commercial Control and Railway Help and prompt action was taken to resolve them. 4.Digital Initiatives ØData of contract workers is being uploaded regularly on “ShramikKalyan Web Portal”. ØCoaching and freight data is being uploaded on CMM and FMM portals respectively and 100% freight and coaching MV-5 is being issued online except in case of server problem. ØStock and non-stock demand filings are being done online regularly. ØAll consignees of C&W Depot of Moradabad Division have been successfully registered as users on UDM. ØImplementation of FMM (all available modules) on MB from 24.05.2019 and running smoothly. ØOne (1) OMRS has been installed and commissioned on 26.05.20 at Km No. 1244/2-4 near level crossing No. 328 C between Banthra – Shahjahanpur on DN line in Moradabad Division. Performance is being recorded regularly. ØIn Phase-II new OMRS (Online Monitoring of Rolling Stock) has been installed on AIG Up line LKO-BE section near Gate No. 303/C at Km 1210/19-21. Joint survey report has been prepared with firm representative and other Railway departments on 27.02.2023 and work is in progress to install OMRS. |
