               RPF Sanction Strength of Executive Staff

The Security organization in the division is headed by Divisional Security Commissioner assisted by two Asstt. Security Commissioners based at Ambala Cantt. There are 14 RPF Posts under the charge of Inspectors at Saharanpur, Jagadhri Workshop, Ambala, Kalka, Bathinda, Patiala, Chandigarh, Rajpura, Dhuri,Yamuna Nagar Jagadhri, Sirhind, Abohar, Uklana & Nangal Dam and 11 RPF Out Posts headed by SIs/ ASIs at Khanalampura Yard,Jagadhri Workshop (Store), Barara, Rail Vihar Ambala, Khanna, Roop Nagar, Sangrur, Sunam, Barnala, Kalka (Workshop), and Shimla.

In addition, there is one post of Inspector/ Special Intelligence Branch at Ambala and three out posts at Jagadhri Workshop, Saharanpur & Bathinda. Detective Wing ,Analytical Wing and Passenger Security areheaded by Inspectors based at Ambala. Prosecution branch is headed by one Public Prosecutor based at Ambala. Cyber cell is operating at Divisional HQ Ambala. Welfare & Protocol and Divisional Quartermaster Store are also based at Ambala.
