ACHIEVEMENTS/INNOVATIONS :-

2.1 CC / PREMIUM JUMBO RAKE FORMATION/REVALIDATION–

In the month of July-26, the division has revalidated 36 Premium jumbo rakes at BTI
having a validity of 12+5 days and Special Premium 90 rakes (UMB-31, KIGY=59) have also
beenrevalidated and including 3 fresh rakes formed at UMB and formed at KJGY with
validity 20+5 days at UMB & KJGY.

During the month of July-26, the division has revalidated 37 Yamuna rakes and 19
Other CC rakes having validity up to 30+5 days or 9000 Kms, whichever is earlier.

2.2 PLANS APPROVED:

During the period from 01/07/2026 to 31/07/2026, total 24 Plans have been signed which includes GAD for construction of LHS/RUB/ROB= 8, Conceptual plan of Stations in c/w doubling of section= 3, GAD for Rehabilitation/Rebuilding of Existing Bridge =7, GAD of 12 M FOB in c/w ABSS=1, GAD for closure plan of L-Xing =1, GAD for Interlocking & Upgradation of L-Xing =2, GAD for proposed Crew Booking Lobby =1 and Condonation of infringement due to lift of 12 M wide FOB= 1.

2.3REVISION/ AMENDMENT SLIPS OF SWRs:-

SWRs of six stations L.e. Gumman, Koti, Kumar Hatti, Dharampur Himachal, Barog, Balluana were revised and Amendment slips of eight stations i.e. Bharatgarh, Hindon Cabin, Bathinda Cantt, Tapa, Sirhind, Sunam, Abohar, Barwala were prepared during the July'26. SIPs of Dhablan, Bassi Pathanan, Kiratpur Sahib, Ghanauli, Anandpur Sahib, Nangal Dam, Hindon Cabin were approved during the month of the July-26.

2.4Total Fifty Nine blocksmore than 04'00" including on SRE-UMB, UMB-SRE,
UMB-LDH, LDH-UMB, SIR-DLPC, RPJ-SGNR, LDH-HSR, UMB-KLK & KLK-SML sections
are given for maintenance work during July-26..

2.56.00-hour block was permitted and executed very successfully on 15.07.2026 for the
complete replacement of the superstructure of the Diamond Double slips in UMB
Yard without the regulation of any train.
