Key Targets/objectives:-

To ensure paper less, cashless and system driven e-market place that enables procurement of common use goods and services with minimal human interface.
To encourage vendors/firms for practicing transparent procedures so that good and service can be procured at most competitive price.
To arrange for timely payment to the vendors through finance department.
To coordinate with various departments and act as interface between applicant and CPIO’s over the Delhi Division for the RTI activities.
To strive for just in time concept.
To strive for zero scrap lying along the railway line for aesthetic view.
To achieve the target of scrap sale fixed by Northern Railway for Delhi Division.
