  • Conducting of PNM, PREM meetings to maintain Industrial Relations

  • DAR, Maintenance of APARs 
  • Welfare activities
  • Payment of Ex-gratia
  • Absorption of Medically De-categorized staff in alternative posts
  • Transfers
  • Issue of NOC for passports/abroad visits
  • Processing and payment of advances i.e. HBA, Scooter, Car Computer
  • Allotment of Railway Quarters
  • Man Power Planning
  • Arranging Settlement dues to the retiring staff.
