Criteria for empanelment of newspapers for releasing advertisements of Northern Railway in its jurisdiction

The newspapers published in the jurisdiction of Northern Railway, having DAVP rates, are eligible to apply for empanelment for releasing of advertisements (classified/display) from Northern Railway.  The newspapers/periodicals may apply for empanelment by 28thFebruary every year supported with the following documents :

1.                  Copy of valid DAVP approved rates.

2.                  Copy of RNI Certificate.

3.                  Copy of C.A. Certificate (verifying account book and circulation figures)

4.                  Copy of valid PAN Card.

5.                  Copy of Release Order issued by any of Govt.organisation for publication of         advertisements, if any and

6.                  Newspapers for the last four month from the date of filing applications for empanelment in the case of dailies and six months in the case of periodicals.


(Photocopy of any document should be submitted duly attested by Gazetted Officer in the office of CPRO/N.Rly., State Entry Road, New Delhi o­n any working day.)
