EXTENSION OF TRAINS TO CLEAR KANWARIA RUSH

 

In order to clear extra rush of Kanwaria at Haridwar, Northern Railway has decided to extend the train nos.74023(3SD)/74024 (6SD) Delhi-Shamli DEMU and 74001 (1DM)/74002 (2DM) Delhi-Muzfarnagar DEMU upto Haridwar for the period 16.7.2011 to 30.7.2011 as per the programme:-

 

The 74023 (3SD) Delhi-Shamli DEMU departing from Delhi Jn. at 07.00 p.m. and reaching Shamli at 10.20 p.m. the same day has been extended to reach Haridwar at 1.20 a.m. the next day. While in the return direction the 74024(6SD) will depart from Haridwar at 1.40 a.m. to reach Shamli at 5.30 a.m. and Delhi Jn. at 09.00 a.m. the same day. The 74023/74024 (3SD/6SD) will stop at Thana Bhawan, Rampur Maniharan, Tapari Roorkee and Jawalapur Road station enroute in the extended portion in both the directions.

 

The 74001 (1DM) Delhi-Muzaffarnagar DEMU departing from Delhi Jn. at 04.55 p.m. and reaching Muzaffarnagar at 08.20 p.m. the same day has been extended to reach Haridwar at 00.20 a.m. the next day. While in the return direction the 74002 (2DM) will depart from Haridwar at 1.00 a.m. to reach Muzaffarnagar at 05.05 a.m. and Delhi Jn. at 08.40 a.m. the same day. The 74001/74002 (1DM/2DM) will stop at Deoband, Tapari, Roorkee and Jawalapur Road station enroute in the extended portion in both the directions.
