For safety of passengers, Railways have decided to divert/regulate/reschedule the following passenger carrying trains running on Kharagpur- Tatanagar- Chakradharpur- Rourkela & Kharagpur- Adra section during night hours i.e. between 10.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. from 29th July 2011 upto 4th August 2011 as per details:-
DIVERSION OF TRAINS
The 18477/18478 Puri-Haridwar-Puri Utkal Kalinga Express departing from Puri and arriving at Jharsuguda will be diverted to run via Jharuguda-Sambhalpur-Cuttak instead of Jharsuguda-Tatanagar-Kharagpur-Cuttack route from 29.7.2011 to 4.8.2011.
RESCHEDULING OF TRAINS
The 12819 Bhubaneshwar-New Delhi Orissa Sampark Kranti Express will depart from Bhubaneshwar at 10.00 p.m. instead of scheduled time of 3.40 p.m. from 31.7.2011 to 3.8.2011
REGULATION OF TRAINS
In order to avoid night running on Adra-Kharagpur section the 12816 New Delhi-Puri Express arriving at Gomoh on 29/7/,31/7, 2/8, & 4/8/2011 at 00.50 & 12282 New Delhi-Bhubaneshwar Duronto Express arriving at Gomoh on 2.8.2011 at 02.27 hrs. both trains will be regulated at Gomoh till 04.00 a.m.
The 12802 New Deli-Puri Prushotam Express will run on normal route i.e. via Gomoh- Bokaro Steel City- Purulia Jn.- Tatanagar but on days when it is running behind schedule even marginally, then it shall be regulated at Tatanagar station upto 4.50 a.m. the next day, thereafter it will continue its onward journey.
