In order to clear extra rush of passengers, Northern Railway has decided to augment the train no. 12587/12588 Gorakhpur- Jammu Tawi- Gorakhpur Amarnath Express and 15097/15098 Barauni- Jammu Tawi- Barauni Amarnath Express trains on permanent basis as per the following programme: The 12587/12588 Gorakhpur- Jammu Tawi- Gorakhpur Amarnath Express train will be augmented by One Additional A.C. 3 Tier coach from 06.08.2012 when departing from Gorakhpur and from 11.08.2012 when departing from Jammu Tawi. The revised composition of the train comprises 24 coaches.
The 15097/15098 Barauni- Jammu Tawi- Barauni Amarnath Express train will be augmented by One Additional A.C. 3 Tier coach from 10.08.2012 when departing from Barauni and from 07.08.2012 when departing from Jammu Tawi. The revised composition of the train comprises 24 coaches.
