In order to clear the extra rush of passengers during the festival, Railway has decided to run the 05049/05050 Gorakhpur-Delhi- Gorakhpur Specialtrain ( one trip in each direction) as per the following programme:
The 05049 Gorakhpur-Delhi Special train will depart from Gorakhpur on 18.10. 2012 i.e. Thursday (single trip) at 09.10 p.m. to reach Delhi at 12.35 noon the next day. In the return direction, the 05050 Delhi - Gorakhpur Special train will depart from Delhi on 19.10.2012 i.e Friday (single trip) at 02.35 p.m. to reach Gorakhpur at 07.00 a.m. the next day.
Consisting of six sleeper and 14 general class coachs & 2 luggage vans, the 05049/05050 Gorakhpur-Delhi -Gorakhpur Special train will stop at Khalilabad, Basti, Gonda, Barabanki, Lucknow, and Moradabad stations enroute in both directions.
