ADMM/DLI
- Monitoring the working and performance of Purchase section(Non Stock and Medical stock items purchase section of Division) sale section and RTI section of DLI Division.
- Purchase of Non- Stock items for Division upto the value of Rs.5.00 lakh and Medical stock items for NRDH upto the value of Rs.1.00 Lakh through cash imprest, e-tender through ireps.gov.in and GeM.
- Assistance to consuming department of Delhi Division related to digitalization of Material Management process on IMMS, IREPS and GeM.
- Assistance to consuming department of Delhi Division related to monitoring and availability of material as well as services required by the division.
- Assistance to consuming department of Delhi Division related to digitalization of Material Management process on IMMS, IREPS and GeM.
- Assistance to Sr. DMM/NDLS regarding mapping of scrap arising in the division for making available for sale.
- Monitoring of development of vendor in the Division.
- Monitoring and disposal of RTI cases pertaining to Store branch of Delhi Division.
- Monitoring and sanctioning of leaves of staff.
- Assist Sr. DMM/NDLS in day to day working,
- Any other work assigned by Sr. DMM/NDLS.
Job and key responsibilities of Scrap Section –
Foot by Foot Inspection of scrap in various sections under the Delhi division. Lot is formed and catalogue is published online to facilitate purchasers on the portal of e-auction. Every catalogue has fix date for e-auction. After the e-auction bid sheet is created for the sold lot, after the successful payment made by the firm delivery challan is released and delivery letter is issue for lifting the material of sold lot in stipulated time period.
Job and key responsibilities of RTI Cell –
All work related of RTI is done through online portal. There are a total number of 21 CPIO’s and 21 FAA’s(first appellate authority) in Delhi Division, work is done coherently by coordinating with all of them and Central Information Commission office. Any problem related to RTI of any representative of CPIO’s and FFA’s, is resolved within stipulated time period.

To arrange the material and distribute the material to line staff. To procure non-stock and stock demand of medical procurement of Delhi Division.
