1.0 Organizational Setup
1.1 Gazetted: -
There are three JAG/SG Officers comprising of Sr.DSTE/C, Sr.DSTE/I &Sr.DSTE/II and assisted by twoSenior Scale Officers and nine Assistant Scale Officers.
Out of this team of officers, two senior scale officers viz. DSTE/Sig/HQ, DSTE/Tele/HQ and two junior scale officers viz. ADSTE/Tele/HQ and ADSTE/Railnet/HQ are headquartered at Divisional Office and seven Junior Scale Officers headquartered at Panipat, Faridabad, New Delhi, Delhi, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Meerut Cantt, and Rohtak.
1.2 Non-Gazetted: -
There are thirteen maintenance units with stores in the field, responsible for proper upkeep of signaling gears of the division. Each unit is headed by a Sr. Supervisor. Similarly, there are four maintenance units with stores in the field, responsible for proper upkeep of telecom gears of the division. Each unit is headed by a Sr. Supervisor.

4.0 Achievements of S&T For The Year 2020-21: -
A. Commissioning of stations and Interlocking of Level Crossing gates: -
1. A new station ‘Rajlu Garhi’ has been commissioned on 28.09.2020.
- Electronic Interlocking of M/s Medha has been provided with 67 nos. of routes with dual VDU.
- Double line block working with SGE instrument along with HASSDAC (GGT make) commissioned in Sandal Kalan - Rajlu Garhi and Rajlu garhi - Ganaur block sections.
- Datalogger of Efftronics make has been provided at 1 nos. at Station and 2 nos. at Relay huts.
- 1 nos. of IPS of M/s HBL has been provided for station and 1 nos. of IPS of M/s Amar raja has been provided for relay huts.
- MSDAC of MEDHA make has been provided for 34 nos. of tracks with 46 nos of DP.

2. Double line IBS in between Jind-Barsola block section in SPR section has been commissioned along with SGE and HASSDAC (GGT-make) block working on 01/10/2020. IPS of M/s HBL make with the provision of UP & DN AT supply have also been installed at IBS hut.

3. Double line IBS in between Sampla and Kharawar block section with SGE along with HASSDAC (CEL make) commissioned on 25.12.2020.

4. Pehowa Road has been commissioned on 11.11.2020.
- Electronic Interlocking of M/s Siemens has been provided with 40 nos. of routes.
- Single line block working with UFSBI instrument (Deltron make) along with HASSDAC (GGT make) commissioned in Pehowa Road - Kurukshetra and Pehowa Road - Kaithal block sections.
- 1 nos. of Datalogger of Efftronics make has been provided.
- 1 nos. of IPS of M/s Statcon has been provided.

5. Talheri Buzurg has been commissioned on 23.12.2020.
- Electronic Interlocking of M/s Medha has been provided with 28 nos. of routes.
- Double line block working with SGE block instrument along with HASSDAC (GGT make) commissioned in between Talheri Buzurg – Deoband and Talheri Buzurg – Nagal block sections.
- 3 nos. of Datalogger of Efftronics make has been provided.
- 1 nos. of IPS of M/s HBL has been provided.
6. Nagal has been commissioned on 23.12.2020.
- Electronic Interlocking of M/s Medha has been provided with 41 nos. of routes.

7. Tapri has been commissioned on 23.12.2020.
- Electronic Interlocking of M/s Medha has been provided with 119no of routes.
- Double line block working with SGE block instrument along with HASSDAC (GGT make) commissioned in between Tapri – Nagal and Tapri – Saharanpur block sections.
- 3 no. of Datalogger of Efftronics make has been provided.
- 2 no. of IPS of M/s HBL has been provided.
8. Patlihas been commissioned on 08.01.2020.
- Electronic Interlocking of M/s Westrace has been provided with 106 nos. of routes with dual VDU.
- Double line block working with SGE block instrument along with HASSDAC (GGT make) commissioned in between Patli- Garhi Harsaru and Patli – Jataula Jauri Sampka block sections.
- 3 nos. of Datalogger of Efftronics make has been provided.
- 3 nos. of IPS of M/s Statcon has been provided.
9. Garhi harsaru has been commissioned on 08.01.2020.
- Electronic Interlocking of M/s Westrace has been provided with 80 nos. of routes with dual VDU.
- Double line block working with SGE block instrument along with HASSDAC (GGT make) commissioned in between Garhi Harsari – Patli block section.
- 1 nos. of Datalogger of Efftronics make has been provided.
- 1 nos. of IPS of M/s Statcon has been provided.

10. Level Crossing Gate no-133C between Ghaso - Narwana has been commissioned on17.10.2020 with the provision of ELB (Global-make) along with sliding boom. IPS of M/s Amar Raja has also been installed with UP & DN AT supply.
11. Work in relation to connectivity between DFCCIL lines and Asaoti yard has been completed and commissioned on 30/10/20. This connectivity has been provided on Palwal end of Asaoti yard and it shall facilitate the movement between line no.1 and line no. 2 of Asaoti yard of IR and Prithala yard of DFCCIL on two twin single lines. 4 Point machines, 4 Track circuits, 2 Independent Shunt signals have been installed during this work.
12. Double line block working with SGE instrument along with HASSDAC (GGT make) commissioned in between Ganaur and Bhodwal Majri block section on 31/10.2020 in connection with 130KMPH speed enhancement work.
13. Dual detection by means of SSDAC of M/s CEL provided along with existing SSDAC with UFSBI on IVthline in between AST-PYLA section.
14. Level Crossing Gate no 46 between Samalkha & Diwana, 49 SPL between Diwana & Panipat and 42C between Sampla and Kharawar were interlocked and provided with Electrical Lifting Barrier.
15. Single line Neals Token Block Instruments were replaced with Single line UFSBI (Deltron – Make) along with SSDAC between Bhagpat Road–Baraut, Baraut–Qasimpur Kheri, Qasimpur Kheri– Kandhla & Kandhla-Shamli Stations respectively.
16. Provision of COA linking at NDLS, DLI & HNZM stations.
17. Dual detection by means of MSDAC of M/s Frauscher provided along with existing DC track circuit for auto signaling on North and South lines in DSA-A PNL-SBB section.
18. Double line block working with SGE block instrument along with HASSDAC (GGT make) commissioned in between Deoband – Talheri Buzurg block section in connection with doubling work on 23.12.2020.
19. HASSDAC of CEL make in place of already existing SSDAC were provided for Block working on 3rd and 4thLine between Faridabad and Faridabad Town and Asaoti and Palwal to improve reliability of block working.
20. PTNR (BG) –DEC North line section SSDAC has been commissioned. 210 AC immunized relay has been provided at PTNR (BG) relay room and West Hut in connection with to make North line 25KV fitment to RE.
21. 205 Km OFC cable has been laid in b/w KKDE-NRW (86 KM), ABO-RE(20 KM), GHH-FN (12 KM) & DSA-SMQL (87 KM) in Delhi Division for control communication.
B. Safety Improvement Work: -
1. 10 Nos. LED Route indicator was provided in place of Lamp type Stencil Route indicator at Hazrat Nizamuddin to improve the visibility of stencil type route indicator.
2. Preventive Measures were taken for the summer season (Pre-Monsoon) for Signaling Systems to prevent Signal incidences all over division.
3. 17 nos. decayed signal post with base & unit replaced at AST-PWL, JNC-FDB SMQL, TKJ-BPNL, ROK and HNZM.
4. Software up gradation of GGTronics make SSDAC/HASSDAC has been done in 22 sets in GZB-SBB-CYZ section.
5. All the modified Semi- Automatic signaling have been checked, all the boards i.e. Sighting boards, BSLB, SLB, stop boards etc are re-painted with retro reflective paints and provided with yellow luminous strips and all the lifting barriers of LC Gates have been provided with yellow luminous strips in the entire division in connection with safe train operation during FOG.
6. Sliding boom barriers were commissioned at 12 Level crossing gates.
7. Panel Testing have been done at 94 nos. stations.
8. 198 nos.Point machine have been replaced from Siemens to IRS point machine.
9. 136 nos. Thick web point machine have been provided.
10. 7 nos. of IPS provided at mid-section LC Gates.
C. Telecom Achivements: -
1. Video calling arrangement on 49” LED screen is provided at Divisional Hospital for facility to patient for getting on line Treatment.

2. Face to face enquiry system with Telecom facility setup at NRCH for COVID -19 OPD. Rly No. 71541, MTNL No. 23341970 provided to OPD doctor.
3. 740 Nos. of 5W VHF set has been issued in Delhi Division.
4. Work for COVID-19 isolation coaches at Station:-
ANVT
(i) 16 nos camera installed at ANVT station (PF no 4,5 ,6&7 ) networking with existing CCTV system and CCTV feed provided in COVID-19 control room on 52” LED TV for isolation coach.
