5. Cheque signing (level 2) for the whole month
6. Finance Establishment and Finance Expenditure

7. Provident Fund Section

8. Work related to RCT/Chandigarh and RRB/Chandigarh

9. Cash Office

10. Vetting of all Agreements including LOAs


1.Establishment and Establishment (Gazetted) Section
2. New Pension Scheme
3. Efficiency, Inspection and Bills Recoverable Section
4. Books and Budget Section
5. EDP and all IT related matters
6. Cheque signing from 1st to 5th day of the month
7. Finance:-

A.Junior Scale Tender Committee Member of departments: Sr.DEN 2, Sr.DEN 4 of Engineering and Electrical (G) (as per Schedule of Power)

B.Finance member of Condemnation committees of all departments as per sop for junior scale.

C.Vetting of RSP & M&P proposals upto 50 lacs.

D.Vetting of Estimates upto 50lacs for Capital.

8. Pension Section and revision

9. Cheque signing from 16th to last day of the month
10. CPGRAMS and NIVARAN or any other Grievance portal
