ACHIEVEMENTS:-

1.1

Medha make EI alteration was done departmentally at KLK of UMB division  with 50 No’s route, This alteration in EI has been carried out departmentally for having a provision of SSBPAC between KLK –CNDM TLBI instrument has been replaced with SSBPAC along with dual SSDAC has been commissioned .

1.2

Total 3 stations have been converted from mechanical interlocking to Electronic interlocking(Westrace Make) Std III with Dual VDU at Patiala (PTA), Tappa (TPA), Rampura Phool (PUL) in c/w Doubling work of RPJ-BTI Section over Ambala Division.

1.3

The 01 station (RPJ) has been converted from Panel Interlocking to electronic Interlocking. With this DFCCIL connectivity has been provided with IR Distributed Electronic Interlocking (Westrace Make) Std. IIIR with Dual VDU at Rajpura  (RPJ) station, 3 No’s RH (Route 198 No’s.) has been commissioned on date 06.10.2024  by replacing mechanical interlocking with provision of 55 (24-TWS, 31 IRS) No’s. New Points Machines, 23 No’s New Signals, 87 Nos. Track Circuit, Block working Auto Sec on main line, KLI-UFSBI & IBH. And DFCCIL through UFSBI, 4 No’s Data logger 512/64 (Efftronics make), 4 Nos. IPS (3 STATCON, 1 No HBL make).

New indoor relay room wiring has been done at UHL i/c with Second Loop Line,in this 1 no. New Domino Type panel having 33 nos. routes, provision of 8 Nos. new Points (6 TWS & 2 IRS), 4 Nos. New Signals, 5 Nos. new Track Circuit, Efftronics Make Data logger 1024/64, 3 No’s ELB has been commissioned.

Provision of 1 No’s up Intermediate Block Stop Signal between RPJ-KLI and Dn Intermediate Block Stop Signal between KLI-RPJ station commissioned along with EI of RPJ station over Ambala Division.

1.6

Provision of Dual Detection at IBS 2 nos. IBS replacement track circuits between SIR-GVG has been provided with Axle counters in parallel with DC-TC to enhance reliability of IBS, with this total 4 no’s, IBS track circuits provided with dual detection over Ambala division.

1.7

The total 13 km over-aged 3-aspect automatic signaling system has been replaced with 4-Aspect automatic signaling along with MSDAC provision between SMU-RPJ.

1.8

2 Nos. Single Section Digital Axle Counter (CEL Make) has been provided in dual arrangement with DC Track circuits No. 3T & 8T in Ambala Yard at metal bridge, with these 2 Nos. SSDAC has been provided on metal bridge this year over Ambala division.

06 No’s Level-Xing gates Interlocked LC No- (LC-99) GRN-JHL, (LC -5C) JPS-JHL, (LC-8C) JPS-UKN, LC No-8C (BHX-GNTP), LC-45(NBA-CTW), 114 (TPA-PUL) has been interlocked with provision of Electrical lifting barrier, Sliding barrier, IPS, ELD.

06 No’s L-Xing gates has been closed  permanently LC-115 ,  LC-114 between PUL-TPA ,  L-Xing Gate LC No-134 (CNDM Yard) , LC No-138 (CNDM-KLK), LC No- C82 & LC No-75 HMK-FTH.

1.11

03 No’s. MLB has been replaced With ELB during the month at UHL to improve the reliability of level crossing gates.

1.12

Dual Media OFC & Quad provided in 03 No’s Block Section for Axle counters and UFSBI with manual change over at GDB-MOT, MOT-PKK, PKK-ABS & in 2 Nos. block sections Auto Modem Changeover has been provided at GNTP-BHX,

BHX-GDB over Ambala division.

1.13

26.6 km OFC has been laid in ABS-PJK (6 Km), PJK-HMK (5.2 km), HMK-FTH (5.4 km) & FTH-SGNR (10 Km). OFC link has established in ABS-FTH and TC provided on OFC media. New 48V, 25A Battery charges has been provided for OFC system at GDB, MOT, ABS & PKK stations.
