System Improvement | Letter No. | Department | During investigation of a vigilance check, it was found that guidelines issued by HQ office Baroda House and Railway Board are not implemented in true sprit. It was found that D&AR register is not maintained as directed vide PS number 2589 circular number 384E/O-II(EIV) dated 16.7.64 of N.Rly. Also most of the service records were incomplete as entries of increments were not attested and the entry of punishment was not done on proper page i.e on punishment page.
