Personnel department of Lucknow Division is catering to the HR needs for Sanctioned Strength of 26138of all departments and some categories of Extra Divisional Units. Despite shortage of officers & staff, the department has left no stone unturned to achieve excellence in all functional areas of working.
The division besides ensuring 100% settlements dues to 18 normal retirees has also settled 35 of other than normal cases in May,2021.
Calendar for Selections/Suitability/Trade-Tests has been prepared for the year 2021-22 and is being followed. Progress on Selection Calendar is monitored on weekly basis.
In May 2021, No PNM & NPM meeting has been conducted during the month.A calendar for NPM Meetings has also been issued.
Despite having largest nos. of court cases, the division due to its sustained efforts and continuous monitoring at all levels has effectively contested the Court Cases.
On the whole the Lucknow division’s Personnel department with it meagre strength and infrastructure is continuously putting its all efforts to achieve staff satisfaction in order to attain the ultimate organizational goal.
