Key targets/Objectives

1.  IPAS:-  DITC maintains the Payroll and Pension modules of IPAS. It provides data to various departments of division as and when required through proper permission. It is the responsibility of IT Centre/MB to print the salary bills, bonus bills and other bills related to payroll of all the employees. CMS data porting for running allowances (KMA, ALK etc.) is processed and implemented through IT Centre/MB. The loan data of Northern railway co-operative bank/MB is uploaded through IT Centre/MB. To give training to Paybill clerks regarding updates done by CRIS in IPAS and solve issues during feeding of salary bills. When the error/problem raised is not solved at divisional level in IT Centre than the issues are forwarded to AIMS/CRIS for resolving the error. The day to day issues of salary dealing clerks are resolved over the telephonic conversation and also with the help of screen sharing software like team viewer etc. Whatsapp group is created to include maximum Officers/staff related with payroll management so that information circulates in a faster way.

2. e-Office:- Online File Management System for generation and transfer of Files and letters. DITC is the admin of e-Office and maintains e-Office in the division. E-Office implemented in division on 17.02.2020. DITC trained all the Officers/staff for operation of e-Office and played key role in operation during lockdown periods due to Covid. 1103 users are working on e-office portal and approx. 4700 files are created as e-file. A whatsapp group is created to include the e-office users to circulate the information/updation in faster way.

3. Billable Asset

A total of 1008 agreements have been fed to the billable assets portal. Out of 1008 agreements, scanned copy of 992 agreements have been uploaded on the utility portal. Moradabad division becomes the first division in northern railway to upload the maximum number of agreements to the portal.
