INTRODUCTION:-
Moradabad Division was created in 1925 as a part of East Indian Railway, spanned over the states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, The division caters to important religious and industrial centers of both the states. Important religious pilgrim centers of the country like Haridwar, Badrinath, Kedarnath, Rishikesh, Naimisharanya etc. are situated in the area served by the Division.
Jurisdiction:- This Division directly serves two States i.e. Uttar Pradesh (U.P) and Uttrakhand(U.K), and spanned in 19 Districts of U.P and 04 Districts Of U.K
Charge:-Shri Shanmuga Vadivel S, Sr.DSC/RPF/Moradabad has resumed charge of the Division on 25.08.2022 on transfer from Moradabad Division (NFR). He is assisted by Shri Trilok singh Rawat, ASC/RPF/Moradabad & Shri Virender Kumar, ASC/RPF/Haridwar.
4.Infrastructures:-
(a)Office:-Office of Senior Divisional Security Commissioner/RPF Moradabad Division is located and functioning in the DRM office complex consisting chamber of Sr. DSC, ASC, Crime Cell and Establishment section. The Divisional Security Control is located in Akanksha Building under DRM Campus premises.
