| Key targets / Objectives PPurchase Cell:- In this cell all Non-Stock items and Stock items (in case of out of stock at feeding depot) are procured as per powers delegated at Division Level.Purchase cell deals with procurement of Stock /Non stock items required to divisional offices as per delegation of powers to divisional officers from time to time. Divisional Medicine Procurement Cell:- As per directives of Hd. Qrs. Office, the work of Medicine procurement was taken over by FZR division. Sale Section--Disposal of Scrap:- This Section is deals with Disposal of P-Way & Accidental Rolling Stock scrap and abandoned structures through Auction. Stationary Store Section:- All items are collected /received from Stores Depot Printing Press/SSB. After receipt and accountal of items are further issued to Consignees of different branches over Firozpur Division as per their requirements. RTI Cell:- RTI Cell is functioning under Sr.DMM who acts as Nodal PIO for entire of FZR Division. |
