Freight Activities: LKO is the only Freight Examination Point and there are two freight examination yard. Namely, UP Yard & DN Yard (08:00 to 16:00 Hrs.). Since 16.03.2019, intensive examination of freight stock has been stopped and only Premium Examination of freight stock is being attended. Total Lines - 05 Lines (UP Yard) & 07 Lines (DN Yard) Premium Examination Examination Line - UP yard Line No. 6 is only feasible for examination Gangs Operated - 01 In general shift. Pathways Available - 02 (Between line no. 4 & 6, 6 & 7) in UP Yard 02 (Between line no. 4 & 6, 7 & 8) in DN Yard Air Compressors - Two nos. feeding both the Yards Previous Output of Both Yards Avg. load examined/day - UP & DN Yd - 3.5 Monthly Average - 104 Loads Sick Line for Freight Stock Working shed available - 16 m wide x 90 m long DVS & DVN wagons are attended each day. DVS holding capacity - 140 units Working capacity - 105 units Grading of Lucknow Yard Category “B” Class Maintenance of Captive Stock 1.01 DMT Rake having 37 BOBYN. 2.01 PQRS having 13 BRN wagons. The frequency of examination is once in 30 days. ROH and POH Wagons supplied to UMB, KJGY, MB & BAAD for ROH and JUDW & KTTW Shop for POH.
