Mechanical (O&F) wing of Moradabad division is headed by DME/O&F/Incharge/MB and assisted by ADME/power. The Management of crews and associated facilities are supervised by CLIs, CPRC, PRC/TLC, Sr.CC & CC, COS& SSE/ART.

·All crew lobbies are equipped with BA-BIO & Camera enabled CMS KIOSK’s, CCTV Surveillance, Hand held Breath Alcohol Analyzers etc.
·100% booking of crew & guards are done through CMS.
·CMS has been integrated with IPAS so that allowances (except OTA) may charge directly. This facility will reduce cases of nonpayment grievances of Running Staff.
Running Rooms:
There are 10 nos. of running rooms equipped with requisite facilities for running staff. Facilities provided in Running Rooms are as under:

·AC facility provided at all running rooms
·Room heaters.
·Stainless steel beds.
·Clean drinking water through R.O.
·Quilts/Blankets.

·Separate female crew room with attached toilet & bathroom available at DDN, MB, BE, HPU and RAC(GD).

Railway Diesel Installations:
| Division has two HSD oil fueling installations at MB and RAC with discharge rate of 850 LPM. Fuel storage capacity at MB is 1446 KL with four overhead storage tanks (344 KL each) and one underground storage tank of 70 KL. Fuel storage capacity of RDI/RAC is 1640 KL with 17 underground storage tanks having capacity of 70 KL each and one overhead tank of 450 KL capacity. Average daily off take at MB and RAC RDIs is 50.03 KL and 30.88 KL respectively. |
Disaster Management (ART & ARME): The division is equipped with Accident Relief Trains at MB & RAC and 140 Ton B.D. Crane at MB for undertaking relief and rescue operations in case of accidents. Besides this, the division is having three ARMEs stationed at MB (3-Coach SPARMV), HW (3-Coach SPARMV) and RAC (ARMV). |
Divisional Systems Training and Development Centre:
| Divisional Systems Training and Development Centre, Moradabad is being used for upgrading knowledge of Running, C&W and Traffic staff. Training school is equipped with modern training aids and various working models of rolling stock. |
