Achievements of Personnel Department

1.MB Division has introduced “HRMS HANDBOOK” released by General Manager on occasion on Annual GM Inspection at Dhampur. The Booklet contains information regarding uses of various modules of HRMS.

2.MB Division is the first Division in Indian Railways who have completed the milestone of 100% data feeding in HRMS in both platform i.e. E-SR & Emp. Master. This is also appreciated by GM Sir.

3.Personnel Department have issued seniority list of all departments on first day of the calendar year 2022.

4.Personnel Department is progressive for generation of UMID card for serving & retired employees till date 98.36% cards issued. Camps are also being organized for facilitates the retired staff who are not much familiar with internet.

5.Training programs are organized for establishment staff of Division to trained them for working on various modules of HRMS.

6.Out of Panel of 2572 Candidates received from RRC/RRB,2167 Candidates joined and 153 Candidates under training & 245 Candidate not turn up. Replacement panel is has been asked from HQ.

7.To reduce the paper work and to enhance the transparency in working, E- office has been fully functional in personnel department All Files are being processed through E-Office only.

8.100% E-PASS implemented over the division. Total 31043 E-PASS issued till date.

9.100% E-PF implemented. 1695 PF processed from April to Dec. 2021.

10.Earlier record room of Bill section was scattered. Renovation has been done for better record keeping.

11.HRMS Helpdesk – A dedicated whatsapp group has been started for speedy disposal of HRMS related grievances.

12.A step ahead for staff benefit, Ayurvedic Medical center is functional under the supervision of Personnel Department.

13.Grievance Camps by Personnel Officers:- In the current financial year in an attempt to reach out to staff on the field who are unable to come to Divisional HQ to lodge complaints, Personnel Officers conducted camps at BAE,CBBH, CDL, IQB, RK, DNRA, LDR, DSNI, LRJ, RSI, BLW,CNK, MZM, FZL, NBD, MSDR,BEK,PNI, HBW, NGG, DPR, CAJ, SEO,MSBH,MWE,KNT, MTB, AMBH, AWP,HRH, BE, RAC,HW,DDN,SPN , HPU, CH & HRI in which grievances were collected 127 out of which 125 have been disposed off & 6500 Staff contacted. For remaining 02 pending grievances work is under process.
