The Commercial department is headed by Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM). This Department is concerned with all facets of Commercial working, from selling tickets and booking goods through rendering services to passengers at stations and on board trains to dealing with compensation claims.
Facilitation Centre ( Located at Exit Gate of Baroda House): Passenger requiring Fare & Freight Certificates can obtain the same from the Facilitation counter provided either the Originated station or Terminating station is of Northern Railway.
