The Vision & Mission of Supervisors Training Centre- Northern Railway/Lucknow is to fulfill the Training
requirement of Mechanical Supervisors to equip them with enabling knowledge and tools for effective and
efficient functioning as per organizational needs:
· To upgrade & update the knowledge, skill and positive attitude and refresh the Supervisors with latest development
in Rolling Stock.
· To develop quality assurance skills in day to day working and also to improve professional competency, safety and
