Organization Structure Personnel Department is headed by Sr. DPO with assistance of 04 APOs , 20 Welfare Inspectors,25 Ch. OS, 62 OS, 17 Sr. clerk, 07 clerks and 2CAs. Personnel Department deals in industrial relations and establishment matters i.e. recruitment , payroll ,promotion, transfers, retirement staff ,settlement and grievance redressal of 18100+ employees working over the Division .
