| ·Stores department is responsible for supply of Goods and Services of Approx 200 consignees of entire LKO Division & Divisional Hospital. Store Branch of LKO Division is also the Nodal procurement agency for IRITM Lucknow, JJR RPF Academy, 3BN RPSF and RCT/LKO. ·Lucknow division is the First division of NR to start e-auction. First e-auction in the division was conducted smoothly on 12.08.16. Mobilization, sale and delivery of the P.Way scrap materials, Accidental Rolling stock, Abandoned structures and other scrap of the division is also done in the division by store branch. ·SrDMM/LKO is the nodal Officer for dealing with RTI matters of the division. ·Warehousing and distribution of stationery items, books and forms related with Safe Train Operation are done for the entire division. | Duty list of Officers & Key Supervisors | Officers: Sr. DMM/LKO | Over all supervision of the Store Branch including purchase and sale activities. Nodal CPIO for RTI related matters of divisional office. | ADMM/LKO | Purchase and finalization of tenders of JS level, Scrap sale related activities, Management of Stationary depot for divisional consignees and CPIO for Store related RTI matters. | Key Supervisors: Purchase Section | All purchase related cases for different divisional as well as extra-divisional consignees. | Sale Section | All sale related activities and end-to-end disposal of scrap offered by the user department through e-auction. | RTI Cell | To deal with RTI related matters within prescribed time frame. | Stationary Cell | Warehousing and distribution of stationary items, books and forms related with Safe Train Operation are done for the entire division. | General Section | All establishment related and other miscellaneous matters related to smooth running of various activities. | IT&P Section | Creation of DSC and mapping on IREPS /UDM of all consignees of LKO division and insure interrupted working ofIT equipment working in this office. | | |
