1.HR INITIATIVES
·Redressal of staff grievances is being done in co-ordination with Employee Facilitation Centre of Moradabad Division. Grievances as on date are NIL.
·E Pass Module of HRMS has been implemented.
2.SWACHHATA
§All Primary/terminal based special trains are being attended intensively for external and internal cleaning including toilets, watering during the maintenance to achieve the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
§Watering & cleaning of en-route special train attended 100% as per protocol.
§• Pest and rodent treatments are carried out regularly at Dehradun and Bareilly depots.
3.STEPS TAKEN TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER INTERFACE
Complaints regarding water and sanitation were received from C&F Control, Commercial Contro and Railway Aid and prompt action was taken to resolve them.
DIGITAL INITIATIVES
§Uploading of contractor labour data on “Shramik Kalyan Web portal” is being done regularly.
§Coaching and Freight data is being uploaded at CMM & FMM portal respectively & 100% freight& coaching MV-5 are being issued online except in case of server problem.
§Stock and non-stock requisition filing is being done online regularly.
§All the consignee of C&W depots of Moradabad Division has been successfully registered as user on UDM.
§Implementation of FMM (All available modules) at MB since 24.05.2019 and running smoothly.
