  (c)Safety Seminar:- 02 safety seminars were organized, which are as follows –

1. On 14.02.25, a safety seminar was organized by the safety team in the running room Moradabad. During the safety seminar, about 37 employees of the running and operational staff were present. In the safety seminar, counseling was done on taking safety precautions during work.

2. On 27.02.25, a safety seminar was organized by the safety team at Dehradun station. Around 64 employees from operations, loco, engineering and carriage & wagon staff were present during the safety seminar. Counseling was done on safety precautions during work in the safety seminar.


(d) Organization of Shunting Fair:-

   In shunting fairs, employees were counseled on the following points –

1. During the shunting fair, hand bills were distributed to the staff regarding the precautions to be taken during shunting in the yard. The staff was taken to the yard and shown how to remove the cank handle from the location box.And if any problem arises, they are explained on the spot. After that, a staff member himself explains where, how and when to clamp and how to protect non-interlock points by putting cutter pins. What precautions should be taken in shunting and some yard accidents which happened due to the negligence of shunting staff are also told as to which mistakes caused these accidents.

2. How to protect a vehicle or load standing in the yard with a safety chain. All the employees are taken to the yard and explained about it by putting a safety chain on a standing load.

3. Apart from this, the station staff and other employees are also taught how to operate the fire extinguisher by operating the instrument.

4. OHE isolator is explained experimentally. 

5. Irregularities on panel are explained and caking of points and clamp padlock is explained experimentally.


(e)Staff Counselling:-

This month, 378 railway staff have been counseled by safety department officials and safety counselors. The purpose of this was to exercise caution during work and take special care of cleanliness.
