Pamphlets/stickers are distributed among road users to create awareness about safety at level crossings.
ii Online monitoring of compliance with inspection deficiencies (SIMS):
Deficiencies pointed out during safety inspection are uploaded on this module and compliance is also uploaded. This
module has enabled timely compliance monitoring of deficiencies and instilled a sense of security alertness in all
departments.
iii.Safety seminars and activities are organized at regular intervals and at various locations in the division. In these interactive sessions employees are advised to follow the prescribed procedures and not to use any shortcut methods.
iv.Security Drives/Circulars- To keep an eye on vigilance, regular security drives/circulars are launched.
v. A security action plan was prepared based on the observations and monitoring.
