Duty List of officers
1. Sr.DME/C&W/FZR
- Overall management & Supervision of matters pertaining to operation and maintenance of coaching and Freight stock of Mechanical Wing.
- Railway Board and HQ Policy - Instructions and Implementations.
- Contract Management and implementation of outsourced activities.
- Coordination on Works matter and Infrastructure Planning for field depots in Vol-II, Vol-V and DRM Lump-sum powers.
- Manpower Management (Promotion, Transfer & Posting) + Trade test as per SOP
- Monthly PCDO & Narrative Report.
- Exercising financial powers for procurement of vital items (Stock/N.S. Items) for smooth operation within SOP Limits.
- Dealing of D&AR cases as per SOP.
- Disaster Management.
- Filling up of ACRs of concerned staff.
2. DME/FZR
3. AEnHM/FZR
- Will assist Sr.DME/C&W for all EnHM, DM and C&W related works in division.
- Will be overall in-charge of EnHM & DM activities of FZR Division.
- Will look after ART/ARME of FZR.
4. ADME/C&W/ASR
5. Station Director/Ludhiana
- Will monitor station cleanliness issues on day-to-day basis as & when required at DDL, LDH & PGW.
- Will look after ART/ARME of LDH.
- Will be overall in-charge of LDH C&W depot & adjoining sidings.
Note:Station director is posted at LDH, who also looks after the activities of coaching depot, LDH including (DDL & SNL) as well. All duties mentioned above for any ADME/C&W of coaching depot also belongs to Station Director/LDH besides his other duties
