| | | SCRAP MANAGEMENT: Swachh Bharat is one of the aim of Government of India. The disposal of scrap generated in the railway operation activity and Generating revenue out of it is an important aspect. Therefore, to ensure the transparent end to end contact less, paperless level playing fair and competitive field of opportunities, the entire process from formation of scrap lots to e auction and disposal to respective purchaser is being carried out. Target of scrap for 2022-23 and achievement is shown below :- Target (MT) (for 2025-26)

| | RTI Cell Store department has been assigned the task to act as nodal office under the provision of RTI act to Coordinate, monitor and provide information to the public under the provisions of RTI act of India and attend the CIC in the appeal cases. The status of applications received is as under: - Cases received: 270 (from 01-07-25 to 31-07-2025) Information supplied: 193 (case disposed off) Under process: 77 | | DIVISIONAL STORE DEPOT:
(i) Ambala Division has a Divisional Store Depot which is stocking safety and passenger amenity stocks. Besides this, depot is distributing stock items after collection from central warehouses SSB, to meet the requirement of the user in the division & supply of all supply of all stationery & form items all indenters of UMB.
